The project is aimed at people over 18, nationals or residents of 13 countries: Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, United States, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom or Uruguay.

The program is designed to enhance business management, team management and leadership skills through four online courses. Participants will be trained to streamline, support and strengthen their management and leadership skills and capacities through content generated and taught by professors at IE University.

The courses, three in Spanish and one in English, require a minimum commitment of 6 to 8 hours of work, must be completed within a maximum of 4 weeks and offer educational resources such as interactive tutorials, videos, interviews with experts, podcasts. or test.

The program aims to strengthen complementary training in new skills or Upskilling, that is to say the facilitation of training in transversal skills, both personal and professional, which promote a more effective adaptation to current jobs, at a time of crisis. profound transformation and digitization of companies.
