The three main outcomes participants can expect after completion are:
– Each participant will create a strategy document that will be the basis for further growth of their business, while protecting themselves from risks (persistent challenges of Brexit, the COVID recovery and others). This strategy will include specific actions in the areas of leadership and risk management; finance; innovation; Sales; marketing and digital presence. Measurable goals and a timeline will be essential to the strategy to ensure that growth can be measured as a result of participating in this program.
– Each participant will get the tools, resources and a network of peers to fill in on the strategy. The group will have the ability to maintain a “Board You Can’t Afford” network, as we will provide the structure and direction to support each other throughout the program and after completion by meeting on a monthly or regular basis at the future.
– Each participant will discern what it will take to grow their business and determine if they are up to the challenge. This will require the participant to demonstrate new management skills and invest both time and money to make changes to their “normal” way of running their business. Growth does not come without change.
This management development program will be delivered by the Entrepreneur Academy and the cost of this program is €100.
