Finance 4 Business has promoted Dave Pinnington to Managing Director and has hinted that more changes are coming soon.
Pinnington (left photo) joined the distribution and consulting firm as head of intermediary relations in 2017 and became CEO with immediate effect.
Russel martin (photo on the right) who founded the company in 2009 and was previously managing director will remain involved as chairman of the board.
Pinnington, who previously held positions at V Loans, Accord Mortgages and Yorkshire Building Society, said he was delighted to take on his role as CEO and was fortunate to have inherited a strong team.
âIt has been a difficult year, but as a company we have remained very busy and are delighted to see our most successful first quarter ever,â he said.
âWe are now looking forward to building on this success and realizing our exciting growth plans for the future,â he continued.

Martin added that he was delighted to see Pinnington take over.
